Talent management in Grail Research is coordinated by our Human Assets team. The reason that we call this group ‘Human Assets’ and not ‘Human Resources’ is driven by our two core philosophies -- ‘talent matters’ and ‘people are a key asset in our business (and they are not fungible resources)’.

While recruiting, we look for people who are smart (intellectual horsepower), care about clients (commitment to client service) and their colleagues (collaborative and team orientated). Above all we look for individuals who get things done (strong execution skills).
