Our team comprising alumni from Harvard University, Kellogg Business School, Oxford University, Indian Institute of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, and National University of Singapore, among others, is our strongest asset. We look for individuals who demonstrate strong long-term potential. Our strong and rigorous process allows us to hire only the best candidates – typically, only 1% of the candidates are made any offers.
The recruitment process at Grail Research broadly tests the candidate’s problem solving capabilities, interpersonal skills, leadership skills and potential, subject knowledge and orientation towards learning new skills. Our aim is to hire only those applicants who have outstanding capabilities and strong potential. The interview round will assess various capabilities you can bring to Grail Research.
Campus Recruitment
We visit 30+ campuses in Asia. On most campuses, we start with a pre-placement talk to inform about our company and the role(s) that we are offering. The intent is to help candidates make informed choices.
The talk is followed by a written test, which acts as an elimination round. Short-listed students go through multiple rounds of interviews.
Lateral Recruitment
At lateral level, people and client leadership has much higher importance in the parameters listed above. Besides project and client-related responsibilities, we expect our senior team to take up firm building initiatives. We also test candidate’s ability to deal with content and process ambiguity.
During these rounds, we also take up any questions on the company and the role that the candidate is being evaluated for. The intent, again, is to help the candidate make an informed choice.
